Product Description
A relay is an automatic control device that undergoes a jumping change in output when the input quantity (electric, magnetic, acoustic, optical, thermal) reaches a certain value.
The working principle and characteristics of relays
When the input quantity (such as voltage, current, temperature, etc.) reaches the specified value, it causes the controlled output circuit to conduct or disconnect. It can be divided into two categories: electrical quantity (such as current, voltage, frequency, power, etc.) relays and non electrical quantity (such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc.) relays. It has the advantages of fast action, stable operation, long service life, and small size. Widely used in devices such as power protection, automation, motion, remote control, measurement, and communication.
A relay is an electronic control device that has a control system (also known as an input circuit) and a controlled system (also known as an output circuit). It is commonly used in automatic control circuits and is actually an "automatic switch" that uses a smaller current to control a larger current. Therefore, it plays a role in automatic regulation, safety protection, and circuit conversion in the circuit.
There are three basic forms of contacts for relays:
1. When the H-type coil is not powered, the two contacts are open, but when powered, the two contacts are closed. Represented by the Pinyin prefix "H" of the compound character.
2. When the D-type coil is not powered, the two contacts are closed, but when powered on, the two contacts are disconnected. Use the Pinyin prefix "D" with a hyphen to indicate.
3. Conversion type (Z-type) is a contact group type. This type of contact group has three contacts, with a moving contact in the middle and one static contact on each top and bottom. When the coil is not powered, the moving contact and one of the stationary contacts are disconnected and the other is closed. After the coil is powered on, the moving contact moves, causing the originally disconnected to become closed and the originally closed to become disconnected, achieving the purpose of conversion. This type of contact group is called a conversion contact. Use the pinyin prefix "z" of the character "zhuan" to represent it.
