There are two types of thermocouples: armored and assembled. The ones used for spheroidizing annealing furnaces are basically SK graded. The length of the thermocouple is customized according to the height of the annealing furnace, with a service life of 1-1.5 years. It is recommended to replace it within a reasonable time to ensure temperature accuracy.Precautions for using thermocouples: 1. The insertion depth of the protective tube should be proportional to the outer diameter of the protective tube, otherwise measurement errors may occur. 2. The temperature measurement position should not be in contact with the flame, as it is unreliable. Near the furnace wall, measurement accuracy may be affected by furnace wall reflection. At high temperatures, the electrical insulation value will significantly decrease, which can easily cause measurement point deviation and inaccurate temperature measurement. 4. The extension wires for thermocouple signals must be made of the same material as the thermocouple and cannot be replaced by other materials or copper wires.
